1. I don't have Spotify so I'm sad to say I don't have anything on repeat at the moment! When I'm driving, I listen to local radio. I always stay on classic songs from the 1970s, like the Bee Gees, and 1980s, like Journey.

2. I love improving products and outcomes (by design) for users, but am in a terribly toxic and negative environment at the moment. Not sure what my next step is.

3. City!

4. Coping mechanisms are a walk in the fresh air, daydreaming about reinventing myself, doing something crafty (like knitting or collaging), or group texts with trusted friends so we can vent and support each other.

5. My magenta suede-feel Converse high-tops like these: https://poshmark.com/listing/Converse-Womens-HighTop-Sneakers-Magenta-68b34474bd4ce378ac42af19

6. Using modeling clay to make tiny creatures. I have collected a few books to learn how to work with it but haven't tried it yet.

7. A small vintage silver cardboard box for "'Never Slip' helical spring lock washers" that my late dad randomly sent me years ago.

8. Native American jewelry. I have been collecting conversational earrings in general. I bookmarked these: https://www.ebay.com/itm/146412967220

9. My place, especially looking out my living room window. I have amazing views of my city to the south.

There’s nothing like the radio when it hits! Random songs help rediscover favorites.

I hope your next steps career-wise land you in a more peaceful place. I’ve been there!

Thank you. And I'm "of an age" where radio is all we had when I was young. I have a clear, good memory of hearing REO Speedwagon's "Keep on Loving You" for the first time (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJzNZ1c5C9c) and it blew me away.
